The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.

All medication is obtained from a legitimate pharmaceutical wholesaler or the manufacturer, so you can be sure you are receiving the same quality medication you would receive at your neighborhood drug store.

Q: What happens once I submit my order?
A: A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request.
If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx priority overnight. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.

A: We are dedicated to patient privacy and security. All information furnished is legally protected under doctor-patient privilege laws.
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Q: What prescription medications do you dispense?
A : Please view the column to your left to see the prescription items we sell. We only fill prescriptions from online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited number of medications.

Q: What are your shipping rates and policies?
A: Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it usually takes one to two days to fill and ship your medication.
Shipping fees vary by product. To see the shipping fee for a product, please visit our prices page .
We do not ship to P.O. BOXES.

A: We deliver prescriptions to all U.S. States with the exception of Missouri and Nevada .

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your order before the physician approves it by calling 954-673-0982 If the order has not yet been approved by the physician, we will cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it.
