Mahboub Benchimol– Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Benchimol, 42, founded the Company and has served as C.E.O. and Director since its inception. Mr. Benchimol’s primary business development experience has been in the electronics and computer engineering industries. His expertise in telecommunications technology and proprietary software development, including video and other modes of data transmission, is a crucial asset to the Company and the key factor contributing to the success of this plan. Mr. Benchimol also has significant experience in the import-export industry, primarily dealing in telecommunication research and developement. Mr. Benchimol is currently the controlling owner of the Company, as well as an affiliate, Global Telesat Communication Co. (d/b/a Skyline Telecom).

 

Jack Bariton, Esq.

– V.P. of Administration, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Bariton has served as V.P. of Administration, General Counsel and Secretary since the Company’s inception. Mr. Bariton has been a practicing member of the Florida Bar since 1976, having received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University . Mr. Bariton is also a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a member of the Federal Bar of the Southern District of Florida.

 

Steve Levy –

Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Levy, 41, has been the company’s Chief Financial Officer since its inception. Mr. Levy has more than fifteen years of accounting experience, specializing in taxation, auditing, tax planning and consulting services.

 

Eddie Nurieli, Esq.

– V.P. of Marketing. Mr. Nurieli has served as V.P. of Marketing since the Company’s inception. Mr. Nurieli practices real estate and transactional business law, providing comprehensive title and closing services for commercial and residential real estate transactions. Over the past five years, Mr. Nurieli has been involved in the acquisition, rehabilitation, management, refinancing and disposition of residential and commercial properties as an investor, principal and broker. He has developed expertise in the real estate industry, including solid relationships with real estate brokers, bankers and lenders. Mr. Nurieli received his law degree from New York Law School , and his B.A. in business administration from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York . In addition, Mr. Nurieli is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida .
